I will say, as my my yearly tradition to give comments on E3.... Nintendo is a mad genius.
Spend a few years inventing an entirely new audience of "casuals". Make your competitors extremely jealous so they spend resources inventing their own take on the casual market.
THEN ON THE YEAR THEY DEBUT THEIRS, SWITCH BACK TO A BARRAGE OF SEXY REGULAR 'OL AWESOME CORE GAMES.

Seriously, about the only two "casual" games from Nintendo were Wii Party and Nintendogs+Cats. Maybe Mario Sports Mix, depending on how that really goes down. I don't consider Mario Tennis 64 casual by any means, for example. The rest of their E3 lineup? It's like it's the 90's again.
Almost literally, with so many N64 games getting revived attention on the 3DS.
