I'M GIVIN' HER ALL THE LENS FLARES SHE CAN HANDLE, CAP'N.
Holy BALLS that was a good movie. I must see it again. A few parts seemed pretty stuck-in-there, but so much of it was perfect for me. Completely enjoyable by fans and non-fans alike. They even did the usual Star Trek method of casting a bunch of actors nobody really knows or cares about, and having them actually do really well! My hero Patrick Stewart was just some broadway stage actor before they brought him into TNG... now? NOW HE'S AN X-MAN.
Now I can see why io9.com won't shut up about this movie. NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AND READ EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE ARTICLES AHHHH BALLS BALLS BALLS.
... Seriously though it did have a lot of lens flares. I realize this is in space, aaaand the Enterprise is supposed to be brand new and shiny like a new car, but m-m-m-mmmmMMMAAAAANNNNNuh!
