It hits the fan
Ok, my lodger has given me three months notice. It is nice that he has given me so much as we havent got a contract and, strictly speaking, he could leave tonight and there wouldnt be much I could do about it.
I worry now about who will replace him. There are a couple of possibilities out of my friends, but they'll only likely happen if things time right, which it might, but probably wont.
This leaves me the option of someone random, but in all honesty my house is not in the greatest state and I would probably struggle to get someone in who didnt know me. The house is, of course, getting better all the time, but this wont matter to anyone who hasnt seen how much better it already is.
Then there's the possibility of living on my own. If only i could afford it I'd love to, but I just dont think i could. I have an option of a job with a lot more money working nights in a freezer that I could go for though, so its not impossible, just unpleasant.
