shell shocked
has anybody ever worked for 14 hours straight?
i think im BLIND or DEAF or something strange... why did i agree to work a graveyard shift straight after a closer at a different store? it turned me into a humming bird. but then, i swear while i was sitting there all by myself at 3am i could hear mens voices in the fridge plotting something strange. so being my paranoid self i flew into the fridge to see if there WERE squirrels back there... but there werent. and wwhen i walked back to the console i could hear them LAUGHING at me!!! as if... "haha gork!" but it was all ok when the morning girl came at 5. she was sooooo nice and so much more than i expected to see walk in and save my life. my night oof "writing rage set lists if i were to ever become guest programmer" and other things in that vein in attempt to maintain my sanity was over. we worked out how to change the price on the price board together...
i hate it when you meet someone totally amazing when you know youll never see them again.
