• 42,000 - 57,000 dead Iraqis (numbers from the Iraq Body Count project, or you could always go with the Lancet study, 650,000)
• Nearly 3,000 US war dead (count currently at 2,998)
• 48,880 US soldiers wounded.
• Monetary cost of war so far: $350 billion. Projected cost by the time it "ends": Half a trillion to 2 trillion.
