Yes - japanese dentist, been there done that. Drilled a scaringly big part of my teeth, which i understood just a moment too late. Well. Now one of my tooth is 1/4 plastic. Yay... The anesthesia was pretty damn strong, i still felt it 2 days after the shot. :D
He had a carpeted floor & some weird furniture, looked like 18th - 19th century french furniture. + classical music. It was weird, and i felt like it took way longer and was way messier than anything that has been done to my teeth in finland... Which is pretty much the straightening-stuff as a pre-teenager + a couple of fillings.
Today, was at a systema camp-ish training in Amagasaki. Maybe 30 people, many beginners. Funfunfun! Some old lady stayd 5 mins in a pushup position like it was nothing - i think my arms trembled after the first 30 secs. Next week is the last week of school. I have to finish a sound-project by wednesday, and am pretty much f*%ked with it. Well working like crazy for 2 days might just make it - but i really don't feel like working.
Also started a new japanese course. The japanese classes at my school end this week, so i wanted to join a new class. There wasn't any classes of my level (spesifically) available, so i ended up in the "intermediate" class. The conversation stuff is ok, i can understand pretty much everything. But i have a big bunch of new words to memorize every week. The difficult side of it is kanji - i know maybe 300-400. The others about 800, and the texts aren't easy for them either. So i'll get to work my ass off for that course - which might mean that my japanese is decent conversation (instead of the word-word-(ummm...) wordword(ummm) that it is now) when i go back. I have no idea if i'll ever have any use for it tough. Well i'll just have to start saying silly things to japanese tourists.
Good side of being a foreigner here is that you sometimes have plenty of place to sit, even in full trains ... Or maybe it's just a hint that i should shower more.
now, just trying to avoid doing my japanese homework. Maybe i'll go check on my laundry...
