Huh...well at least Morrissey understands

You know, if I am really, really, really, honest with myself then I would probably have to admit that for the most part I'd be a Tory (at least in regards to security matters, much less so to social ones) and a monarchist for whatever reason I *can't* come up with (that bit you didn't need to know, I'm sure. Just thought I'd throw out the fact of the day). However, listening to both Labour and Conservatives try to solve the problem of integration in Britain is like watching someone put a Band-Aid over the wound of a severed arm. A week and a half ago some MPs started rallying around for a 'Britain Day'. The basis for the idea is ridiculous in terms of what Labour thinks it will do for the country but WORSE off is that conservative party member David Cameron is going right along with it. Are you bloody joking me? Come on, he doesn't believe this nonsense? Does he? Surely I thought he was a more intelligent man that would tell it as it is and actually have the minerals to suggest policies that would actually help tackle the problem. But no....

God, it's almost shameful!

Yeah, so because of this I totally have Morrissey on my head and the song Irish Blood, English Heart, in my head. For some reason I also have Billy Idol songs there too, though that's less relevant ;)

"Irish blood, English heart, this I'm made of There is no-one on earth I'm afraid of And no regime can buy or sell me I've been dreaming of a time when To be English is not to be baneful To be standing by the flag not feeling Shameful, racist or partial

"Irish blood, English heart, this I'm made of There is no-one on earth I'm afraid of And I will die with both my hands untied I've been dreaming of a time when The English are sick to death of Labour And Tories, and spit upon the name of Oliver Cromwell And denounce this royal line that still salute him And will salute him forever"
