WINTER CAMP
wow. i had an AMAZING WEEKEND. really, it was soo awesome. the theme of the whole retreat was FOCUS ON YOUR FEET. and it was an awesome message because i really needed it. oh..and while we were up there...IT SNOWED! it was soooo FUNNN! we had MASSIVE SNOWBALL FIGHTS and it was just great. i met some really awessssooommmme people :) the band was also awesommmeee. they were super down to earth and nice and funny and they hung out with us the whole time. it was cool cause they weren't like your typical band, cause we hung out like friends. eric taught me how to play the drums and now i can officially say I KNOW HOW TO PLAY THE DRUMS...except..not very well. :) and i sprinted with wes up a hill...while it was snowing. soooo TIRING and i was wearing my converse shoes. not a good idea. i loooovvveeddd worshipping..they were really good. matt and bon got me sooo hard in the face with snowballs. diana got eric in eye with a snowball..and he ended up getting a piece of ice stuck in his good eye. i made friends with cameron and gavin [two awesommmme brothers]. i got to talk to diana about the things that are going on. and it was really coool [diana, you really helped :)]. now i know what i want to try reallll hard to focus on [god] and what i don't want pulling on me, which is alooottt of stuff. but honestly..its so hard to remember what isn't important and think about what is.
