Hip Hop Extravaganza, meteor shower, Big Game, and more!
Hip Hop Extravaganza ROCKED! The place was absolutely packed...I had a blast performing for such an incredible crowd! Thanks so much to everyone who came out to support us... I love y'all! =)
ME: Welllll... I guess what we're wearing IS a little scandalous. I mean, when I got my costume, the first thing that went through my head was..."Where's the rest of it?!" (on Urban Styles' dance costumes)
PAUL: Sarah, you do realize guys will be undressing you with their eyes as you dance.
KIRSTEN: I think the real point is that there isn't much left to undress.

PAUL: I think my purity level just went down by 20 points.
I am amused. =) Anyhow, I can't wait for our next performance at halftime of the big Stanford vs. UCLA Men's Basketball Game!!!
The meteor shower on Sunday night was phenomenal!! It was supposed to be the last big Leonid shower in 30 years. A group of us walked to the Mausoleum at 2 in the morning to see it! It was such an incredible experience laying on the ground outside at night huddled close together with no one else close by, staring up at the sky... We sang, and every time a shooting star went by, I made a wish. I made a whooole lots of wishes! Let's hope they all come true. =)
This weekend was BIG GAME Weekend!!! Bonfire Thursday night, and on Friday night, we went to Gaeities! A huge group of us went down to Berkeley for the game on Saturday! There was great girl bonding on the bus with Carly. =) The rivalry was scarily intense! We got food thrown at us by scary Cal fans as we walked through the streets to the stadium as well as a variety of insults ranging from "No one cares what you got on the SAT" and "So what if your school costs 40,000 a year" to "Your parents don't love you!!" (huh?) and just plain "F*** Stanfurd" (they can't even spell the name of our school right). We lost Big Game for the first time in seven years, but I had a lot of fun cheering in the stands! (Ben: Sarah...let me guess. You've been a cheerleader before, haven't you. Me: LOL... how did you guess?!) hehe. Yay for school spirit!! After the game, all the Cal fans swarmed onto the field and mayhem ensued...they managed to storm past security and tore down one of their own field goals. Beats me why they'd want to destroy their own field...The mind of a Cal student completely eludes me! ^_~
I had dinner with Professor Saussy last Thursday! He is so nice and cool and speaks about 12 languages fluently! Then, we had a She's All That chick flick night with the girls + the Pauls! On Friday, I went to Cupertino for dinner with Emily, Sam, Nick, Jamie, and Doug last week! It was kinda funny because the place we went to was right across the street from my dad's house in Sunnyvale! Em and I got Pearl Milk Tea! =) I rearranged my room, and it feels a lot nicer! I need to buy more posters! Only 4 more days until Thanksgiving Break! Yeah!!
