(no subject)
So we have the internet back and I can write on LJ once again - yay!
The study around me is still full of boxes and generally a shambles but most of the house is liveable. There's lots of things I want to change in the near future but I love this house. My friend Alana (from work) said that when I found my future house I would know it and she was right. It feels as though this was meant to be our house. From morning until night you can hear trains passing, it reminds me of when I lived next to Glendalough station. Luckily our bedroom is in the middle of the house and the trains don't disturb our sleep.
This morning I went shopping early to finish off my Christmas shopping. I decided to buy myself a Christmas present because I fell in love with the Christina Aguilera fragrance. No one else is going to buy it for me so why not I say! Then I went home and gave the house a good clean.
Tonight Jo and Steven came over for a barbeque dinner followed by Singstar and Buzz. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing night and just what I needed. Jo beat me at Singstar AND Buzz. Jo is hereby banned from playing Playstation with me ;)
Tomorrow more house cleaning and general house organisation before I have the pleasure of looking after Aaron's little girl Isabella for the night. I had so much fun last time with my pretend daughter, she is adorable so I am looking forward to it. 10 days until Christmas, bring on the break!
