Not at all, whilst lacking adjectival skillz, emoticons are a quick and novel (in fact, I guess you could say, lively.).

Is only a slightly more complex form of "go die!1", and someone so sophisticated at arguing would understand how responses such as "go die!1" and "No I'm not, you are!" are as good as shiding away crying.

And I apologise sincerly for sounding "utterly ridiculous", 'for teh win' and lose are a cultural thing- you wouldn't understand.
