It's cold today, with lots of snow, it's the kind of weather that makes you want to stay in bed and watch a good movie, or just sleep. Unfortunately it's Monday, I had to pry myself out of bed and get ready for work, I don't really get weekends anymore. I work 6 days a week and about 50 hours, I'm not complaining, its kind of a cushy desk job with little stress-most of the time. During lunch today I decided to go to the cafe next door and read. The book that caught my eye was a little pink book that was titled 'Stories for the Romantic Hear." That's me in a nutshell, I'm pretty realistic about it though. If there is one thing I've learned through marriage, it's that romance comes in many different forms and isn't the same for everyone. I cried during the first story and cried even harder during the second. There was no hiding it, I'm a softy.
Reading those things makes me so grateful to have the love of an amazing man. I believe that we have the type of love that will last a lifetime. I'm pretty sure that everyone believes that. I believe that we will work on our love and life together continuously. Everyday he becomes more and more amazing to me.
