Bradley: Are you the one from Texas?
Me: Yep, that's me.
Bradley: I (somethingsomething) Texas football.
Me: *thumbs up* Yeah. Fun. (WTF SELF?!)
Colin: BWAHAHAHAHA! (I guess I responded wrong)
Bradley: Haha. *signs*
Me: Thanks! *moves on to Colin*
Colin: Hey, hi.
Me: Hi there.
Colin: How are you?
Me: I'm good, and you?
Colin: Good. So, Texas?
Me: Yeah.
Colin: Well, thanks for coming out.
Johnny: Yeah, thanks!

Angel and I mostly smiled at each other like idiots. And then she signed, and I said thank you, and moved on. Same with Johnny, but he seemed like he was waiting for something. And I was just like "um, hi, yeah. thanks". It was only later that I realized WHAT THAT SOMETHING WAS OMG SELF.
Katie: Hi!
Me: *melts* Oh, hello.
Katie: So, you're from Texas?
Me: Yeah.
Katie: That's so cool! So, how are you liking London?
Me: Yeah, I like it.
Katie: *signs* So, what's your name?
Me: (OHFUCK I FORGOT TO GET THE OTHERS TO PERSONALIZE IT OMFG DUUUUMMMB) Marnie. M-a-r-n-i-e.
Katie: Well, here ya go!
Me: Aww, thanks! Have a good day!
Katie: You too!
I just love that out of everything, Bradley and I cannot understand each other's accents in real life. I understand him usually, and I got along fine with Colin and Katie's such a sweetheart, but Bradley and I were just like speaking different languages. But I think this makes us the perfect couple because we could both just natter on for years about things we like, and never hear any disagreement from the other person (at least, none that we could understand). LOOOOL me, rationalizing XD
And WTF expo people, putting Bradley at the front where everyone melts and completely forgets everything they possibly could say to sound halfway intelligent?!
