Work
For some reason I feel that there is an issue of double standards at my work.... I work my a** of everytime i work and i am still doing the same thing that I have been doind for a year and there are certain people that have only been working there for 3 months and they are getting paid the same as me... And he is a male... And at the same time there was another male that got hired a month after i started working there and he started of at 7 dollars while i started off at 6.75... I dont know if its just me but it just doesnt seem right... Its all because all the guys are real cute that work with me and i guess i am not as cute as them and i dont flirt with all the ladies at the resturaunt... But whatever... One of these days women will be treated the same as men....
