they all look the same from so far away...
I watched the sky tonight from the grassy area between ballentine and woodburn. I think I might have been the only person out...usually I'll see one or two more people, but not tonight. The ring around the moon was still there. I could see all the stars...and they're all beautiful. I saw a shooting star...I like wishing on stars, but I didn't make a wish. I watched the moon and my eyes kept circling around the ring...I was hypnotized by the bright glow. And then the clouds rolled in and it began to rain.
I feel bad for anybody who has never seen a shooting star...or the northern lights. Stunning. If you haven't seen either, I urge you to; no specific reason, it's just really beautiful. It's nice to take a moment from the day...there's nothing to worry about.
