Marmalade Fish UK Meetup/Picnic
Okay, so a few of us on the chat (yes, we're still there) were thinking that a meetup would be fun to have over the summer. To coincide with school summer holidays, we were thinking of having it on the 18th or 19th August (mid-to-late August anyway). We could have the event span over a few days, in order to make it more accessible (and if you're far away, you have more of an excuse to come down to London!)
All details are very vague as this is still in planning stages - please comment if you are interested, or have any ideas, or would like to say which dates in August you can make!
Location: London, a park?
Time: Early afternoon to early evening
What's happening: Picnic, singing to the Demon's Lexicon musical, group hugs, quote-a-thons
What to bring: TDL books, picnic blankets, instruments for the musical if possible, umbrella (because this is England, you never know), cameras/video cameras, kites, food (to include: marmalade, fish, marmalade fish (or is that cannibalism?), Crawford cupcakes, lasagne, baklava, your fever fruit equivalent, coffee/tea, any food that is delicious yet demonic). Closer to the time we can sort out who brings what, so we don't have a billion cupcakes (which would still be brilliant, but variety might be better...)
Also, would anyone in/near London be willing to offer sofas for people who are staying overnight?
