Marmalade Happenings [#16]

The communtiy was made after noticing that since school began, Marmalade AIM conversations have been dwindling in number (and I realize that is in large part my own fault). Not everyone has AIM, or people don't like to be in the chats, or there's too much homework, the list goes on.
Hopefully this will make it easier for the members to socialize among themselves without having to commit to a fast-paced crazy conversation on AIM. And the best part is that you can post whenever you want!
Acceptable posts:
x Welcomes/Introductions for new members
x Any hiatus notices/general updates (including life updates! We wanna hear how you're doing)
x Memes (just don't go overboard!)
x Fanart/fanfiction (so long as it pertains to marmalade_ave in some way)
x Advertisements for other RP's (and I don't mean those big elaborate banenrs with the mysterious descriptions. I mean a "hey guys, we need new members over at ____."
x Music/FSTs (preferably if it's community-related, again)
x RP Critique (this is when you post the character you play and ask the members to critique how you play him/her)

>>> I'm actually seriously considering making this roleplay multi-fandom. I would ahve to finish the layout and expand it immensely, but I would really like to see more activity and members here. I plan on going out and advertising again before Feburary, and if that doesn't bring in a lot of new members, then I'll jsut have to take desperate measures!

Resident of Marmalade Avenue awoke this fine Sunday mornign to find that they cannot speak. Hearing is fine, so the residents are able to lsiten to the radio and watch television all they want.
And "not speaking" includes typing, as well. The only way the residents may communicate through the internet is by, well, drawing pictures in MSPaint, or finding some other means of communication.
Such poor unfortunate souls ♥
