Like the public toilet on Carson Street near Burger King. We walked past it today on our way to the pool (the bus was having difficulties with the wheelchair lift and it made more sense to walk 4 blocks than wait) and the little fence to it was unlocked and open. I've walked past it at night and noticed that the fence was closed and locked. It seems to me that more people are wandering Carson Street desperately needing to pee at night than during the day. I wonder why it's locked at night. Probably to prevent vandalism of the facility. However, I consider random peeing to be just as heinous.
