Originally uploaded by marmal8. I tore my favorite jeans during the whole moving extravaganza. They're too new to toss for a little rip, but I'm either not cool enough or not uncool enough to wear ripped jeans around. I've been feeling like sewing lately, so I decided to fashion a patch. Only took me five months to have the brilliant idea of mirroring the butt-pocket design. I've never done applique and certainly nothing so small and curvy, but after four iterations I was satisfied, and I have funktional jeans again!
