I think we should do something! We live with her, and she'll have to be in the room at some point, yeah?! Even if she does something with her new friends, too! I mean, even though she's being a bit strange! Maybe I could convince the house-elves to let me make more chocolate cake! Or even something different! I should have Mum Owl me the recipe for her cheesecake - that could be fun to try! And I doubt she could resist that!
I don't know if we should use her birthday to talk to her, though, or if she'd resent that! Maybe it would be better to just act like it's normal and have a talk with her another time?!?!?!

Very true! We should definitely invite Lily! I would say we should invite Emmy, but Emily's not really friends with her! I don't particularly want to invite her new Slytherin friends, though! I suppose we could badger James into coming if you think she'd want him there, but if Lily's going to be there, it might not be a good idea!

No, not Emmy, Emily doesn't know her very well, you're right! She'd probably want James there- she does think he's really fit- but we'll just ask Lily about it first! Though if Quirrel isn't there it might not be so bad! And there's no way I'm going to spend time with any of her Slytherin friends. Honestly.
