I'll tell them not to. They know if something hurts, they don't ask for things that could make it worse.

If they wanna sit on me or something like last time, they can, I just don't think I could bear picking them up and hurling them onto the bed. XD

Do I need to pick anything up on the way home? Like, child-friendly snacks or anything?

Tell them they can take him for a walk if they want. He likes to run around in the grass. Just don't walk him too far or he'll fall asleep on his feet and you'll have to carry him home.

But they don't get to eat them until after dinner.

I'm sure they wouldn't mind carrying him. I have to go get something from the greenhouses so I'll let them walk him with us.
