So here we go! This is the introduction to my 2016 experiment: book blogging! I hope to keep this going all thruout this year as I make my way thru my book list. My goal for this year is 100 books. Which is the average what I read per year. I may increase it as the year goes on.
First up: My Rating System
I go by 5 stars (as with 10 it gets too complicated). I will do half stars, but not 4.25 or 3.75. It's half or I round up. The meaning behind each rating is:
- 1 Star: It Defies Physics--It Both Sucks and Blows
- 2 Stars: Didn't Like It, But It Didn't Completely Suck. There was something in there I didn't like.
- 3 Stars: Meh, But I Was Entertained. It was fine and enjoyable. Probably won't read again.
- 4 Stars: Loved It! Was excellent and probably will read again.
- 5 Stars: FULL COLORS! It was one of the greatest things I have ever read and will definitely read again. I demand you read it immediately.
I don't count DNF to my list, but I'll make a mention when/if I don't finish a book.
