Finally got all the pieces together to replace my 6-year-old PoS Dell Desktop. It served me extremely well, but it's time to retire. And now, the moment you've all (or at least I've) very much been waiting for!!!
Depends on the games I planned to play. I'd want to be able to use OS X when I wasn't gaming, so I'd probably use Boot Camp for the Windows-only games, run everything else on the Mac platform.
Yeah but then I'd have to have an Apple product on my nice clean computer. I really dislike Apple's superiority complex and ridiculous prices, not to mention OS X. I gave it a chance, tried using it for work for awhile because I wanted to be familiar with it. After a couple days I got so sick of it I started bringing my Vista/Ubuntu laptop every day. I'll be dual-booting Windows and Ubuntu if anything. Mac and me don't get along.

Then again, development for OSX is a pain in the arse. I never quite got all-up-ons with Objective-C.
