why can't life be a musical?
prisoner of azkaban has beautiful cinimatography...they really made hogwarts look mystical and ancient; yet, full of the secret it should have...since i've read the books, i wasn't that impressed with how they condensed the story line...i would have been happy to sit through a 4 hour movie to get all the nuances(sp?) that the book had...it's really all the little things you miss when they translate great stories to the screen...the whole crookshanks/scabbers/sirious storyline basically dissapeared...they really fucked up the order of things...they placed events that happened in the same parts of the school near each other to help condese story..plus the general geography/layout of the school was messed up from how the books explain things...but back to the question of life being a musical...it would make life easier..everyones feelings getting jettisoned out into space for everyone to hear..then u move on... i think i've found the most annoying question.."do you have stress in your life"...that has to be it...i don't have that much stress in my life at the moment, but i've gotten that one at the end of a semester with papers due all over the place along with exams and i just want to laugh at the person...but, anyway...have to go get in my "don't give a shit" mood for work..fisher's comments bounce off..lol..i wonder if i can achive a meditative state so deep that i can perfect zen ticket selling...hrmm..that would be interesting....
