My dear friend, Mark. You, like myself, are a Gemini and are naturally drawn to the mental parts of our being. This is not to say we are subject unto them, but when will power is lacking this is the direction we are pulled.
The source of worry is entirely from the mind. While there are certainly emotional and physical symptoms, it is entirely from the mind. That just goes to show you how connected the various parts of our being are.
The way to rid yourself of worry is really quite simple, though not necessarily easy. Quite simply, you need to learn to turn your mind off. That is it. It takes a lot of practice to learn to relax and tame the mind, but the power to control the mind is an invaluable tool.
If you'd like I can recommend some daily meditation work that would very much help.

Worrying is a normal part of life. Try not to worry about worrying. It will only cause more worry.

As a wise old monk once said, "Don't worry, be happy." Or maybe that was a cheesy song from back in the day, I'm not sure...
