aside from my schoolwork, i've neglected my reading, my writing. my parents came for a visit yesterday, bringing the items i accidentally left in cincinnati. we had lunch &they graciously bought me groceries &a bookshelf. i'm bummed that the bengals lost, but excited about the buckeyes killing iowa. out of practicality for the winter, i find myself wanting black ugg boots and then i feel like slapping myself. i'll probably buy them. speaking of which, i get paid on thursday night &i'm going to buy a warm peacoat. stephen will here by 7pm on friday night and i can hardly contain myself. working at barnes&noble again seems to be worth it, but it's hardly a thing to get excited about. i feel like i should pitch a tent in textbooks, live there, and use the pages from science books to keep a fire going. luckily, i have saturday off.
