Now, you see, you just ruled out all those folks more than a hundred miles of Seattle :-)

(OK, I wasn't going to come up for the session, but in case I'd wanted to, I'd now feel out of place)

Have a great time being Opening Monkey! That's a good crowd to open for!

Well, I picked a number. That one fan I might have in Toledo, WA is going to be annoyed too. "Oh, like I couldn't drive 106 miles, Mr. Man?"

So, is the Tacoma fan your "Mel" (a la Flight of the Conchords)? Those "Mel"s, they'll go anywhere.

Well, I won't be attending in March but I'll make sure to give you some Amazon lovin when the book comes out.

Remember to save some drinkin time at Norwescon. For us newly-minted "pros" and our "pro invite", Friday Night BarCon is a requirement! I have critique sessions from 4pm to 7pm Friday (two are others, one is mine) so I will need BarCon by the end of that!

Oh, I got a room for Norwescon. Just to make sure I had time enough for drinking. :)

I will show up at Borderlands on The Day, and commence reading forthwith.

Earlier, I'd missed that this reading was in advance of the official release date. Any chance I can harass the publishers at their SF office to buy an early copy direct? (I just looked em up and they're about 20 minutes from my house!)

The best bet is to swing by Borderlands and talk to Jeremy, who works at the front desk. He's your pusher. ;)
