Some songs are starting t come together for the album, Ive be listening to mixes all day and Ive realized something! I personally should never base a mix off of a kick drum,I thinks thats been my problem for awhile now. Im going to start mixing the instruments together from now on and then bring the drums in, that way hopefully Ill be able to get the rich bif defined instrument sound and then add the driving drums in to taste.
Also does anyone have any experience with line 6 amps? Im going to need to get one in the coming month for Karl to play live, we will be needing a mesa boogie dual recto-ish tone and obviousley some onboard effects(bt I believe most of their stuff has that already)Now to go buy the rest of the rehearsal PA and continue work on vocals.........
