Finally I did it
After trying and trying, I finally did it, I had a perfect assay. Well 99% perfect. I think I will need one more perfect one then I will be valid and go on to real samples, get off the practice samples. I still haven't gotten my flow yet though, so it still takes me some time. I'm doing HIV-Ultra assay which is apparently the most difficult. They start you off with the most difficult assay then everything else is easy. I'm sleepy. I prolly will be working 10 hrs again so i should start getting my stuff together.
