Windy night.
Didn't get much sleep last night. Wind, rain, and roadworks signs and barriers crashing down the road. Gusts shook the house, it was the sort of "BOOM!" and Shudder you get on a ship as the bow of a ship hits a wave in a storm, at least that what it felt like to me.
I was astounded to find the roof was still on this morning. I see water is still finding it's way in to the house where the 1990s extension meets the original house. Grrrr... still leaking despite new roof and re-pointing. Gawd knows where it's getting in, but Gawd ain't telling, so I'll investigate further myself in the spring.
I guess I should take a look at the greenhouse.... Wow it's still in one piece.
