[Today is Catch Up Day. There are more than a few people Katara hasn't heard from in a while, or that she meant to catch up with after first meeting them when they came, and so after morning chores she sits down to make a couple of voice posts. What's a greenhouse?

It's a building with glass walls, where plants are grown inside. Heat is trapped inside, so it's always arm and plants can be grown even in winter.

...at least, that's what I read. I've never tried to make one.
