Running again
So last week I decided I would start running this week. So I planned on Tuesday and Thursday nights and when Monday night came around, I thought, what would be the best way to let people know so I can get a group together. So I made a UC facebook group and invited people. Then when I called people last night, everybody said that had something come up. So I ran alone. Since I was the only one, I just decided to take off at 6pm to get the run over with. So ran to campus and cut across the middle to get to the track. On my way, I saw Tricia. I ran by her and wondered if she'd recognize me with my new haircut. I think she saw my shirt which had my name on it and she called out my name so I turned around and waved and kept going. When I finally got to the track I ran three laps and then ran back to Emily's. It was a good run, I guess. I was just kind of frustrated that everybody backed out on me. But maybe I'll have better luck for tomorrow night. The whole time I had the song "Loosen Up My Buttons" stuck in my head.
