(no subject)
Just before exam period, I started watching Scrubs.. Previously, I'd only ever seen a few random episodes here and there, and while I'd thought it was funny, I'd never got into it.
So about 3 weeks out from exams, I became obsessed and cut my way through about 4 seasons in 2 weeks, then I forced myself to stop so I could fit some study in. I just started to watch it again and thank GOD for that!
The other day I watched My Way Home, which I thought was the most amazing episode so far. If you haven't watched it, you really must. It uses the themes from The Wizard of Oz throughout the episode, with some subtle and other obvious references to the film, as well as music. The writing for this show is just so amazing. I think this one of Zach Braff's creations, brilliant stuff.
Today I watched My Musical, an episode which features a patient (Stephanie D'abruzzo from Avenue Q) who hears speech as singing. This sets up a musical themed episode which was, again, so brilliantly written and directed. I just read up on the episode after watching it, and the songs were co-written by Avenue Q composers!

Oooo a package just arrived! Tim bought me a top online the other day.. it just came! Yay! I love it so much. It has little thumb holes even! :D
