Anniversary
Yesterday was Tim and my 4th year anniversary.
Pretty cool day.
Tim was working for most of the day, so I actually spent the day with Aya, Momoko and Timbo in Harajuku and Shibuya. I went to the massive Starbucks in Shibuya, had a latte and read the newspaper at the counter, overlooking the insanity of Shibuya's main intersection (near Hachiko exit).. It was pretty impressive.
After that, went to Harajuku with the girls and did a bit of shopping. I found TOPSHOP (!) and ZARA (!!) in Harajuku, which excited me greatly, I intend to go back with lots of cash hehehe..
I bought a cute scarf from a little shop in Harajuku. It's a kind of houndstooth pattern, with tassels, in black & white. I like it. I'm not sure if it's for me or Tim yet. I think we'll both end up using it. Tim says it reminds him of Yasser Arafat's outfit. See here.
Had some nachos with Timbo and co., then wandered around Harajuku a little more. I ended up leaving around 6pm to come home and meet up with my Tim for dinner. It's annoying having 2 Tim's in my life. My Tim is Tim, the other guy is Timbo - from here on ok.
I cooked salmon with a Japanese-ish sauce, some stir fried vegies and rice. Simple meal, but yummo. Finished it off with some Haagen Daaz icecream (chardonnay & raspberry!!) for dessert.
I think on Wednesday, Tim and I will do something a bit more fun for our anniversary. I mean, yesterday was kinda lame coz he didn't get home til nearly 8pm.. Maybe on Wednesday we can go to Odaiba or even do a day trip to Kamakura or something.... Depends on the weather too I suppose.
Oooh - I downloaded a pretty awesome house-ish megamix by tableTRASH, you can download it here (not my server!). I'm listening to it on repeat at the moment, it's like 69min long - so it's a long enough list of songs that I don't get annoyed by the repetition.
