also, and this has for me earned them a lot of goodwill back, or at least a free pass, note the chap saying that Duchess of Malfi didn`t really work, and apparently they lost the use of their planned venue at zero hour and he regrets moving it elsewhere as a compromise and thus losing the importance of the site to site specific. Although he doesn`t actually apologise for the Opera part.
