And man are my arms tired.....
Ok, this time I didn't fly in - I just couldn't resist using the line. I've always had a weak spot for those Henny Youngman/Jackie Mason/Groucho Marx borscht belt one-liners.
I just rode my bike home from the office. Only 6.4 miles, but they were hard miles, all uphill and in traffic. I wanted to see if I could do it, and how long it would take. It took 43 minutes, which is not bad. I could make it TO work in about half that time. I have a mountain bike with offroad tires (Cannondale F500) if I put hybrids, or road tires on that sucker the uphill would be easier.
They were hard miles though. I'm gonna be hurting at Tae Kwon Do tomorrow to be sure.
