You know, one of the cool things about LJ is that you can find someone who you seem to "get" - even if the person is someone you've never met, or may never meet. It's interesting to see that people who otherwise would be anonymous census statistics can turn into someone that makes you smile.
- So now that All Things Considered has done a piece on "Dancing With The Stars", it's OK to admit that you watch it.
- It is also OK to admit, as someirishdude points out, that you watch "70's House" on MTV. Hopefully Dude didn't waste an hour of his life watching "Real World: Austin" before 70s House came on. That was classic stuff. I saw that "Operation" game coming a mile away. Loved it. I also got a kick out of the modern day vs. 70's lingo lesson. Here's a few additions: Spider Club = Studio 54. Paris Hilton = Bianca Jagger. Kabbalah = Encounter Sessions. Oh Hell, I forgot that Acronym. Oldsters! Help me out! You know, was is ENP? Or something? Eveybody was into it, back then.
