Title: Things everybody knows
Pairing: Eduardo/Mark
Raiting: PG for kissing
Summary: A 5+1 fic with 5 things in each part. Gah, this confuses me as I write it!! It's what people know about Mark/Wardo relationship and how it's progressing after the law suit. From Eduardo's, Mark's, Sean's, Chris's and Dustin's pov. A surprise +1 =)
There were a lot of things about them. First of all - Dustin knew. Chris didn’t. Eduardo never asked what Chris thought about them and Chris was too polite to meddle, but Dustin knew. He knew there wasn’t a “them”. He knew Eduardo wanted it. He said Eduardo was desperate. He supported him, hoping he would change Mark. Eduardo didn’t want to change him. Dustin was snickering at him saying things like “I’m here for you,” but Mark didn’t seem to notice neither the snickering nor the meaning behind the words.
Second was that Eduardo did try to… woo Mark. Paying for him, cleaning his room, force-feeding him and making him shower or sleep was the usual routine. But Eduardo did ask him out on Valentine’s. He wasn’t sure Mark knew which day it was. Hell, he was sure Mark didn’t. But he tried it. He asked Mark out. On a date. Maybe he did it only because he knew Mark wouldn’t even hear him over the silence of waiting for what was going to happen to their new site going life.
The third thing was - they kissed. One time. And it shouldn’t even count as a kiss, because it was just a plain stupid truth-or-dare thing and it wasn’t more than a peck, but because there never would be more, it counted.
The fourth was Eduardo being unable to let go. Two years since the whole dilution thing and he wasn’t over Mark.
The fifth was that Dustin knew…

There were things about them that Mark really didn’t like to think about but they were there. Like, for starters, Chris knew. He just came up to him one day and said “I know the way you look at Wardo.” And that was it. Mark jerked and turned around to his bed, because Eduardo always seemed to just be there. Chris was rude about it but he wouldn’t confront him with Wardo there, so Mark just nodded and resumed coding. Chris tried to give them more time together dragging Dustin out or making lame excuses about shutting the door with just the two of them in the room.
Second was that Mark showed all signs of affection possible, but Eduardo, being Eduardo, didn’t even notice. Like, hearing him even through coding, not coding sessions, those were way too important and came before romance; or listening to him with the stupidest requests to eat, or sleep, or shower. But he did all of that when Eduardo asked, even if it wasn’t crucially necessary at the time; or like he would let Wardo touch him. But Wardo was this stupid best friend of his and Mark resorted to coding for stress relieve.
The third is - they kissed three times. One was at the truth-or-dare, when Dustin told them to kiss, making him think that Chris told him about the big deal with all the love-thing; But it was too short for anything. The second was when they all got wasted and were high and Mark stumbled into Wardo pressing him to the wall and kissed him. Eduardo didn’t seem to remember any of it (or so he says) in the morning, but Mark remembered every shuddered breath that he’d take trying to squeeze just a bit closer, the flutter of his eyelashes and a moan of “Mark” that he made as they broke contact. The third one Eduardo definitely doesn’t know about, because Mark kissed him as he slept. Yeah, yeah, touché. But Mark really wanted to feel it one more time.
The fourth is that Mark loves Eduardo. And why would the law suit change that? That was about business. They were not.
The fifth was that now Dustin knew too. He didn’t know how this happened. But now Dustin knew.

There are these things about Mark and Eduardo that Sean doesn’t want to get too close too. Like for once, he’s sure there was something going on between them and he soo doesn’t want to get into the details so he just lets it go.
Second is that Eduardo is worrying over Mark, who is a grown man (maybe not a man, but he can take care of himself) like a mother-hen. And that Mark allows it. Even likes it, perhaps. Which leads to details and letting go of the issue.
The third is - they’re sleeping together. Oh come on, it was pretty obvious - the looks they have in their eyes while looking at each other! They say “I want you right here and right now” and “Yes, take me, please<3” so Sean hates it when they’re communicating and tries to make Eduardo angry so they would stop all the eyefucking and proceed at the real fucking somewhere as far from him as possible.
The fourth is that they hate each other, apparently. Because if you loved someone you wouldn’t screw him out of your company, or wouldn’t sue for this shit. So it was only the sex then. No feelings? That could make sense.
The fifth is that for some crazy reason Chris Hughes and Dustin Moskoviz think it’s their sacred duty to bring the two back together.

There are those things that Chris doesn’t like thinking about about Mark and Wardo, because they are heartbreaking. Like, for starters, they are both so in love and they’ll never admit it. To themselves or to each other and Chris just lets it go, because, maybe, they know what’s for the best for them.
The second thing is they do all this small stuff for each other which isn’t that hard or meaningful, but it’s meaningful to them and Chris still hopes that they’ll come around and admit their feelings.
The third is the lawsuit that leaves both shattered in pieces and broken. And it always was “Mark and Wardo” and Chris doesn’t know what’ll happen now that it’s “Mark” and “Wardo”.
The fourth is that he can’t stand it anymore. Well, more like Dustin can’t wait any more. Because he just comes up to him and says that it’s time to set things straight. Or extremely Gay for the matter (for which he gets a hit on the head). And they start thinking of a plan.
The fifth is that the plan sucks. And there’s too much that can go wrong in it, but because he can’t think of anything else good enough, they go with Dustin’s plan.

First thing Dustin knows - everybody’s insane. Because, jeez, “Mark and Wardo sitting on a tree…” anyone? And all this tragic shit is just stupid. It was fun in Harvard. Laughing at Eduardo’s poor attempts at a relationship with Mark and rofling at Mark making goo-goo eyes at Eduardo. But now it stopped being fun, because Mom and Dad wouldn’t kiss & make up and this was going to send Dustin to his grave. Way too early for his liking.
That’s why the second thing he knows - he has to make Chris help him to bring them back together, because with Chris he would be an unstoppable power. All the income is from him, Chris just shoots down ideas that sound crazy to him, which is really unfair, because Dustin came up with all of them and now he doesn’t seem to have a say in it. Maybe pairing up with Chris wasn’t so good after all. He was a terrible sidekick.
Third is the plan sucks. They should have gone with “Return to Harvard, had a bad dream” scenario. What? They had enough money to hire all the school back and make them pretend the year’s still 2004 or something. Or the “Abduction” plan. Being hostage does something to people! But no! They had to do the “Meeting in the Facebook offices’ and being closed for the night” one. It was his idea, but compared it wasn’t even that creative! Especially after all director Chris’s cuts!
Fourth was - they should’ve gone with the “Harvard” plan. When they came in the morning - Mark was typing on his computer, and Eduardo was sleeping on a couch in his office. Just great! They should’ve at least left the “fire in the office” thing in the master plan.
The fifth was - things don’t always go as you plan them and maybe some things are just not meant to be=(

+1
First thing Facebook knows - is code.
Second - WE NEVER CRASH.
Third - Eduardo Saverin’s page is hidden by a more progressed level of security.
Fourth - It was founded by Mark Zuckerberg and Eduardo Saverin. There was some confusion for some time, but everything was coded back to order.
Fifth - Mark Zuckerberg is in a relationship with Eduardo Saverin.
