People have had certain experiences. He was alone at the time of the experience that he described on that video, but I'm sure that if anyone else was there, they would have seen it too.
They choose very carefully who they go out of their way to contact. It is by no means a haphazard thing as you can imagine.
Emergency periods were those periods in which the mesurement of spiritual energy on and around the Earth was critically low. This was brought about solely by the wrong actions of the human race and the spiritual laziness of the masses.
The energy in the batteries have been used as a counter to that spiritual energy crisis in that not only could they help somewhat in this energy crisis but also as a manipulation of karma which then would allow for greater forces to step in which, by the law of karma, would not have been allowed to do so otherwise.
The batteries and been used and charged on a regular basis since the inception of this particular action in 1972.
