I'm not even sure what I'm looking at. Is that some sort of ruffled lily pad? Is it meant to serve as a blanket?

Ruffled lily pad, lol. That's killing me. My sister said it looked like it could be used as a set for Teletubby porn.

It looks like a bedspread with all of the ruffly layers anchored in the middle with some sort of white thingy. I can't imagine who would want to lay on or under that...thing.
