Yet another catchup :D

Maybe I can turn this into a weekly thing? Sounds good. Let's go through the week's events!

---

I met a guy. Now this one is really awesome. We're not doing anything for Valentine's Day, but our first date was awesome and we've been talking a lot lately. He's into absolutely EVERYTHING that I'm into. All the geeky/nerdy/gaming stuff, that is. He's just really awesome, stable and I think he's the kind of person that not only I could end up adoring, but my friends and family as well.

I'm not gonna get all ooh-ing and aah-ing over him yet. Take things slow and see what happens.

Still, it's nice to have someone to watch Doctor Who, The Secret World of Arrietty and all the reruns of the 90's X-Men cartoons with. :D We were almost going to go through the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer demo together, but alas - he is an Xbox 360 guy and I'm a PS3 girl.

My mom dropped off a box of Lucky Charms Treats and a My Melody Pez dispensor at the house with a card as a Valentine's Day gift. XD

If you haven't had the Lucky Charm Treat bar yet, you have to. It's awesome. It's like a marshmellow crispy treat, only with Lucky Charms and extra marshmellow. Yum!

Also, I saw Safe House with my parents on Saturday. It was really good! I love Denzel Washington though, so that helped.

---

Went to a Toy Fair on Sunday! It was really small but still fun. Of course it was the Sunday adventure with Jessi, Pat and Caitlin. I ended up finding a stuffed Kakashi plush (Naruto) for $1 and 9 badges of Hello Kitty mashups (like Hello Kitty Spock) and Doctor Who characters.

The four of us also went to Goodwill, played Skylanders (PS3) and played D (PS1).

Also, at Goodwill Jessi bought the Bibleman board game. It was hilarious.

I have been playing lots of Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Kingdoms of Amalur. Both are pretty good, though I like Amalur a bit more.

I beat Hakuoki twice and whole heartedly recommend it.

Also, I just got Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights to cover for Siliconera. I'm... not sure what I think of it yet. At times it feels like such a blatant Layton rip-off. But that's only when it's not trying to rip off Indiana Jones.
