Writer's Block: Place of Residence
yay for verbal description wh-hoo!
let's get started! um, no it's not a house, its a large apartment :) situated in munich or berlin... maybe NY or LA i can't make up my mind yet <3
it should be on one of the highest floors in the white building because it has a balcony. :) A balcony embroidered with white metal roses. :D okay lets keep going. When you walk through the white front door, you will be faced with the living room, a beautiful white, clean and simple place, a long mirror-wall on the right. there is a long white couch to the right, facing a large plasma screen which is hung on the wall. under it is a long black desk-ish thing with many drawers (sorta like this) (inside the drawers are DVDs in alphabetical order). around the room are 2 or 3 black and white photographs of cities and pastures, at the very end of the room is a white lamp hiding in the background.
then there will be a long hallway leading into many rooms. the first door to your left is a broom closet where you put your coat and things. on the walls of the hallway are black and white photography bought from Ikea <3 (everythings from Ikea fyi) okay then you walk a few step (3-4 to be specific) and the door to your right leads to the dining room. the dining room walls are white and shades of off white. in the center is a white table with circular chairs around it. in the middle is a candle that is lit and an aroma fills the room. the walls are covered with similar photographs as in the hallway. the floor all over the apartment is carpeted (white).
sooo you leave the dining room and continue down the hallway, next door to the left is a bathroom. It has a small one person closed shower and a white toilet. the sink is round and is white marble, the lights above it are slanted slightly so it catches the person at the sink in a spotlight. the walls are white tile. There is a painting on the left that makes ocean sounds when you turn on the light (the painting is of the ocean itself). keep walking down the hallway, next door to the right is (the doors go in a zigzag form) the kitchen (which you will see from the inner wall is connected to the dining room). The kitchen is crystal clean at all times and has a large desk-thing again (like this but in white) with a bowl of fruit and a sink as well as oven built into it. around the room are shelves filled with food and other supplies. a silver refrigerator is in the right corner. there are white kitchen chairs facing in the desk thing.
leave the room and you'll find a room on the left is the study, which has a wall size bookshelf circling around the room (against the walls). every shelf is filled. in the center is a white desk with an apple computer in the center, a white rolling chair pushed into the desk. theres a cup full of pens and pencils there as well. the next door is gonna be to your right. this is the mini gym. the walls are mirrors. there is a giant flat screen in the center, so that from whereever you are, you can see it. (you can control the volume \and channels from whatever machine you're using.) The excersizing utilities are a treadmil, an arm excerise machine, a leg excersize machine, a benching area and a mat where you can do anything from yoga to sit ups.
the second to last room is the guest room (which would turn into my future child's room eventually) on the right is filled with white walls. there are paintings of flowers (2 or 3). In the center is the bed (queen size) that is about 3 feet high. It has a whole bedding set made of white blankets and black and white pillows (very comfortable). There is a desk at the end with an apple computer (black) and a round mirror. That's about it since its a guest room and i have to be as general as possible hah.
and finally at the end of the hallway in the center, (the only door at the end facing you while you walk down the hallway) is my (and my future husband's) room <333 (this is the best room in the whole place). you walk in and are faced with a giant room (about the size of a living room). The king size bed (thats about a foot and a half high) is black and round like this. the whole bedset is satin and really soft. there are like three trillion pillows at the front of it. if you look right above you at the door (over the door) is a giant black plasma screen) to the left of the bed (at the end of the room so that leaves alot of empty space) is a giant desk (made of glass) with shelves all around filled neatly with teddy bears and cute stuff. :) in the center is a silver apple laptop which is charging an itouch. (my personal white blackberry is charging on the floor). my walk in white closet is to the left of the desk. to the right of the room is a white giant bean ba chair next to a stereo. in the corner is a door leading to the bathroom. the bathroom is ginormous! it has a jacuzzi sized tub and white marble everywhere. there are mirrors all over the place and the sink area is filled with my beauty supplies. haah <3
to end it, the balcony is to the right of giant desk in my room that you can reach by moving the mirror sliding door.
