Drabbles 51 - 60

Sep 12, 2012 23:02

Note Okay, so this is a mix with Dortmund, Barcelona & Athletic players. Yeah, just throwing a lot of clubs together right now. I hope you like them! Also, things I'm not good at: writing exactly 100 words.

Title                051. Water

Characters   Mario Götze & Marco Reus

Rating            PG-13

Words            100

Mario was watching Marco, eyes trained on the blonde who was swimming towards the beach, standing up when the sea got shallow. Water dripped from his hair, running down his face to fall on his chest, sunlight reflected by the droplets, making his body glister. He swallowed when Marco walked towards him, the striker’s wet trunks clinging to his legs, defining his muscles, and Marco grinned, crawling on top of Mario, water dripping on the midfielder’s bare chest and Mario shivered, reaching up to tangle a hand into Marco’s wet hair, yanking him down to kiss his salt-water wet lips.

Title                052. Fire

Characters   Xavi Hernández & Andrés Iniesta

Rating            PG

Words            100

People don’t realise how passionate Xavi is, Andrés mused as he lay besides his sleeping lover, eyes trailing over his skin, taking in the marks and scars that made him so much more beautiful.

People know he is passionate about football, even a blind man could feel that. But they never see the passion Xavi has for life itself, how he enjoys every minute of it. They never see the fire burning in his brown eyes when he makes love to Andrés. They don’t know that Xavi is pure passion, all that lust and fire packed inside his lithe body.

Title                053. Earth

Characters   Leo Messi & David Villa

Rating            PG

Words            102

Maybe it was because he came from a mining town, Leo mused, maybe that explained it. He never worked in the mine, Leo knew, but his father did. It could be in his blood.

Maybe it was something he was born with, together with the dark hair, amber eyes and tan skin that made him so. It could be a natural thing, like his scent that reminded Leo of forests and mountains.

Maybe it was a combination of both that made him so down to earth, never letting his fame, the money or the titles change him.

Maybe it was just David.

Title                054. Air
Characters   Fernando Amorebieta & Ander Herrera

Rating            PG

Words            101

Amore was drifting in the air, looking up at the clouds above him, trying to make out shapes. He laughed when he spotted one that looked like a lion, shaking its manes and roaring at the sun.

“Amore? Did you take your painkillers?” Ander’s soft voice broke through Amore’s daze and he was startled to find himself in a hammock and not on a cloud. Ander was standing next to him, looking concerned. Amore giggled at the frown lines that appeared and Ander shook his head.

“I guess you did, you are high.” Ander whispered, chuckling, leaning down to kiss Amore.

This is after Amore was operated in Germany early in August.

Title                055. Spirit

Characters   Andrés Iniesta

Rating            PG

Words            103

It was weird, Andrés thought. He reached up, fiddling with the band around his bicep before looking around, eyes searching for Carles’ curls, only to find Marc’s soft brown curls. He looked for Xavi, meeting Thiago’s brown eyes instead.

Right, he was captain now, he was the one the players relied on now. He was the one they choose after Carles and Xavi retired.

Memories of Carles’ fierce speeches, of Xavi’s encouraging looks and soft shoulder squeezes ran through his mind, giving Andrés the spirit he needed and he took a deep breath, looking at what were his players now, and started talking.

Title                056. Eternity

Characters   Marco Reus & Mario Götze

Rating            PG

Words            100

They weren’t as fast as they used to be, when they still played professionally. But the teens didn’t care, they were just excited to play with their youth idols. Even if said youth idols were in their forties.

They kept on playing when the teens were gone, screaming for a foul after every tackle until they ended up on the ground together, limbs tangled, the ball rolling away but neither cared, laughing and gasping for breath.

Marco slowly stopped laughing, brushing dirt from Mario’s face before leaning in for a kiss, something as natural as breathing after an eternity together.

Title                057. Wings

Characters   Leo Messi & Gonzalo Higuaín

Rating            PG

Words            102

Sometimes playing football felt like he was high. Not that he had ever used drugs but he figured if he ever got high, it would feel like this. And right now he was high, high on the adrenaline, on the rush he got every time he got a ball at his feet.

The cheering white and blue crowd gave him the energy to push harder, to run faster until the net swished, the ball buried in it and the stadium exploded, giving him wings and Leo felt like he would fly away until Pipita wrapped his arms around him, keeping him grounded.

Title                058. Sunlight

Characters   Fernando Llorente & Fernando Amorebieta

Rating            PG-13

Words            104

Amore knew Fernando wasn’t doing it on purpose. He was just sunbathing, body spread out on a beach towel, skin glistering in the sunlight, his muscles on full display. The only thing he wore were ridiculous tight boxers that barely covered him. But Amore was sure he was going to explode if Fernando didn’t stop ‘sunbathing’ right now. Or jump him, never mind the fact they were on a public beach.

“Fer, stop it.” He growled, making Fernando look up, confused.

“Stop what?” He asked but his teasing voice betrayed him. Amore groaned, the bastard was doing it on purpose, and Fernando just grinned.

Title                059. Never

Characters   André Schürrle, Mario Götze

Rating            PG

Words            101

André entered the hotelroom he shared with Mario during their vacation, smiling when he noticed Mario laying on his bed, reading a book.

The midfielder looked up and smiled that smile, causing butterflies to flap in André’s stomach. The striker was about to speak when Mario’s phone started ringing.

André noticed how Mario’s eyes lit up when he saw who was calling, a smile forming on his face and André wished he was the one that had that effect on Mario. The cheerful “Marco, hi!” however made his stomach sink, the realisation that Mario would never be his breaking his heart.

Title                060. Forever

Characters   Fernando Llorene & Javi Martínez

Rating            PG

Words            105

Fernando froze when he reached his locker, the words ‘fag’ sprayed on it in bright red. He looked around the hallway and found people pointing at him, whispering, glaring. Fernando sighed, figuring he should have expected this after yesterday, and opened his locker, taking the books he needed out.

“Fag!” Someone shouted behind him and he turned around, a group of boys walking by, laughing and glaring at him. Javi was with them, not meeting Fernando’s eyes. Fernando sighed and looked away, Javi’s hurtful words from yesterday after Fernando told him still echoing through his mind.

Javi had betrayed his trust, their friendship lost forever.

This is an highschool AU drabble, slightly based on Javi leaving Athletic for Bayern München.
