55: what's the most dramatic thing you've ever done to prove a point?
LOLOLOL, I DON'T KNOW! I've never, like, After School Special'd a plea to a friend to get help for abuse/addiction/drugs/eating disorders/parental issues/sex so...
How dramatic is dramatic? From "raising my voice" to "staging my own death" where does proving a point fall? Cause I'm pretty sure I'm hovering around "emphatic gestures paired with exaggerated speaking but whilst suffering from a lack of understanding of the English language". No more.
The Naked Magicians was a great show tonight. Lots of swearing, lots of dick jokes and puns, some appropriate embarrassment of audience members (sitting in the very middle in front of the sound booth definitely kept mom and I safe), and glimpses of two very attractive gentlemen's magic wands. I don't know if they ever do FULL full frontal, the closest we got was some awkward flailing in the genital region whilst confetti flew around them and there were some jiggly bits here and there.
Had a couple good things happen today: got a spare key for my car and it's one of the fancy switchblade keys so now I have two! I didn't even know an extra one was coming! And the other side in my car accident settlement came back with a counter offer to our counter offer to their initial offer and I was like, "fuck it, take it" and by this time next month it'll (probably) be over! Not just that but two days ago my lawyer told me that I'm OFFICIALLY free and clear of any of this settlement being seized due to my bankruptcy. It'd just been mentioned a couple times by my trustee in passing like it could still be part of my finalization but now I know FOR SURE that it's not.
So uh, yay!
