why do wheels look like they're going backwards on tv?

10: do you sleep on your back, side, or stomach?

Yes.

I wake up having slept in any manner of positions, although I go through spates of having "favourites". I naturally gravitate toward sleeping on my right side whilst unconscious so that's #1. But the past month or so my shoulder has been bothering me when I would try to fall asleep on my right side so I was sleeping more on my stomach. More than once I've woken up having not moved a muscle all night long, which is a bitch to wake up to. I sleep far less on my back and that's a good thing for me because when I do it takes way longer for my body to respond to commands to move and to work the aches and kinks out because the position often casues strain.

We didn't end up getting to the food and beverage event as expected. Mom was feeling sick and I didn't have anyone else to go with. Plus I liked that we were going to split a sheet of tokens instead of paying $25 each for our own that we likely wouldn't use all of. And I wanted to go, see, eat, go back home. No mingling or listening to the too-loud dj'ing from one of two bar/pub tents while I overheated from being in a room with so many people with the heat still on. That's what I skipped by not trying to find someone else to go with.

From the few pictures I found on twitter earlier it looks like the venue/organizers may have opened up the next hall in response to last year's event being so over-crowded. That part I could have gotten behind.

I watched Loving today, in a last-second attempt to watch some Oscar films before tomorrow. I really enjoyed it and it was the one out of everything else this season that I wanted to see. Joel Edgerton was excellent and I really felt for Ruth Nega's character. Both of them tugged at my feelers more than once for sure. I also super enjoyed the way it was filmed. You felt so much from so little on screen. There's very little dialogue, comparatively, and even the shots are spare, bordering on near-utilitarian. But that's not to say it's a flat or boring looking film. It's incredibly beautiful with great backwoods country shots of long expanses of nature.

I'm going to try to watch Moonlight as well, but I don't know if I'll get to it in the next 16-ish hours.
