I plain forgot to post over the weekend. Both days I realized after midnight that I'd forgotten to post. Not that anything all too exciting happened or anything.
The second hotel I posted about on Friday came about after a phone call from my new... supervisor? Main boss? I'm not sure if she'll have any direct say over my job BUT she was talking with HER boss and they have a second hotel opening in November. It's about a 7-8 hour drive away (yikes) but in the winter they mentioned something about being able to fly me. I might be expected to work out of that hotel for about 10 days a month so we'll see how that works. I don't know if it'll be a couple weeks on and off or if I can spread the days off or what. But that's going to be exhausting, at any rate.
I won't have to start anything there out of the gate since, y'know, still closed. But I'm thinking maybe in the new year, once they get their legs under them? I don't know, I'm kinda talking out of my ass.
I watched the presidential debate. Um...
