Much like Garfield, I hate Mondays

I finally broke down and bought some allergy meds today for my hives. I don't know if it didn't occur to be before or if there was a reason why it didn't but within an hour my arm wasn't itchy at all. This morning I simply couldn't take it any longer and no one else had any anti-histamines. I went to Superstore after physio and basically screamed, "TAKE ALL MY MONEY". I had to give the Benadryl a hard pass cause that shit makes me sleeeeeeepy and I didn't see any non-drowsy so I got some... I don't know what I got. All I know is that what I did came in a gel cap, is extra strength, lasts for 24 hours at a time and works on hives, among other things.

I see my nurse for my bloodwork follow up on Thursday and will bring this up to prompt a quick chat with the doctor, too. I've heard a few people comment on how much drier it is this year on their skin and I don't doubt that has something to do with what I'm having but the hives could very well be connected with the hormones in my body, especially since I've seen it happen in C. My appointment with the obstetrician is in March so hopefully it won't be a long wait for the hysterectomy after then.

I meant to get things done tonight like work on my Sterek BB fic and get the missing pieces started and read through it to edit it a bit since I post on the 27th, same day that my A03 Valentine's Day Sterek exchange is due (whee!). But I decided to fall asleep in my chair for almost four hours and miss out on all the TV and just get a crick in my neck. Not cool, Monday!Erin.

Finally, is anyone playing World Chef on their phones? I don't know if it's a computer-based game too, or not, but I'm having the best time with this shit.
