I haven't started working on my Sterek Big Bang yet today but I wasn't TOTALLY useless. I walked to the store and got the last ingredients for this sweet potato and spinach mac and cheese. It turned out pretty well! At some points it has the sweet taste of the, appropriately, sweet potato but overall it's a relatively healthy, tasty dish! And easy to make!
