I really liked the iZombie pilot. As I was watching it I already wanted to see more episodes. I tried to start the graphic novels but didn't get too far into them before I got kinda bored and irritated with reading them on my computer. I might try them again once I understand a bit more from the show (although I do understand there will be changes, I'm sure, from page to screen).
WHAT WAS THAT, The Flash? I was genuinely shocked by last night's ep and intrigued by certain people's acting.
Maybe I'm late to the party but I could get on board with Laurel/Nyssa from Arrow. Lyssa?
These shows have such back stories already built in from years of comic book plots that it's daunting for someone like me who only watches the show to feel like they can possibly understand levels of relationships between characters and to not be influenced by tidbits people drop online or in articles or whatever. Like, "Oh, X is going to be XX character so XXX will happen" and then if can feel a little futile playing with that universe that feels set in stone, to a point.
Just some thoughts.
Heading out of town to get my taxes done because after seven years I still drive 2 hours away to an H&R Block, LOLOLOL. Gives me a chance to get out of town for once, so that's nice. Going to have to wait until the verdict comes in with my taxes before I do any light shopping. Nothing major but it would be nice to get a new bra and stop at Old Navy and I have NO savings to help me out right now so the refund, if any, will have to do. If I go, have lunch, turn around and come home that's fine by me.
