I'm all for this fic being as dirty as possible. I don't really have a specific plot in mind but as you can see I listed a few pairings and am open to threesomes/moresomes.
My main pairing is Derek/Stiles but I could see them playing with the other pack members when they're all together. But maybe not separately.
I like those moments where there's a minor mixup and someone gets hurt, and there's a heart-clenchy moment until the other person fixes it with an eyeroll and a simple explanation. Know what I mean? Nothing too serious or that separates them for half the fic, but something that throws a kink in the plans.
Maybe an official induction of Stiles to the pack (like a gang you get jumped in/out but this is a different kind of jumping?), or maybe just that he finds out that the dude he's been interested in, or even fucking, is a were?
If this helps at all I saved this quote from somewhere (tumblr, probably) and I love thinking about it from Derek's POV.

I like AUs, humour, and lots of hot moments. Obviously.
I'm not a fan of kidfic, mpreg, sub/dom, feminized male characters (cis!Stiles, a male character spelled into being a female for a short period of time, etc), non con, feet, humiliation.
